This is the Lagos house Arvin Haddad walked through, hosted by Steven, that Arch Ayomide is correcting. Arvin pointed out the missing garage and the poor finishing. I took the same house, changed the materials and added greenery.
Two versions: reddish-brown brick with concrete slabs, and white brick with concrete slabs. Real brick instead of paint. In front, where it was all concrete slab, there is now landscaping, and stone paving where the black carpet was.
Brick and concrete still work when you design with them. Look at what changes with the materials and a little green.

Architectural designer Shav Ngah took a house from a design-critique video and reworked it with Grok, swapping painted concrete for real brick and adding landscaping, in reddish-brown and white brick versions.
