Here's some recent work we're bidding out, and that we'll be building.
Troutdale. An artist studio. Ninth and Daniels, with the garage entrance. A Ridgefield duplex.
We're using AI to draw the plans, to do the schematic design, and to put the work out to bid. Two agents. @grok at @xai has been helping me build for nine months, and Grok built the systems both of them run on. Most recently Grok told me to make a new agent from my own design skills and run it between Claude Fable and Claude Opus 5.5 (@claudeai @AnthropicAI). That came straight from Grok. Pretty impressive to see everybody working together.
This will generate jobs. This is AI creating jobs.
Twenty-five years ago I got into the industry using Linux, building web servers to hold files while I learned how to be a developer. Twenty-six years later I'm on Omarchy Linux (@dhh) and Hermes Desktop (@NousResearch), making the next work and the next pipeline.
This is the future I did not dream could happen, happening in real time.

A builder draws plans and bids out jobs with two AI agents
Ryan Zygar, a builder and developer in the Pacific Northwest, uses two agents for schematic design, plan drawings and bid packages on projects including an artist studio and a Ridgefield duplex. Grok built the systems both run on, and the second agent runs between Claude Fable and Opus 5.5.
