A six-layer USB-C dock designed and populated by an agent harness

Marco Rossini is testing PCB Studio's reworked agent harness on MiniHub, a desktop dock with HDMI, Gigabit Ethernet, USB-A and two USB-C ports on 6-layer FR-4. A day after the first video, the board sits populated in 3D view so connector heights and clearances can be checked.

MiniHub, one day later.

The board is now populated in PCB Studio’s 3D view, so I can finally inspect connector heights, component clearances and the underside properly.

Building it also showed me where the agent workflow was weak. I fixed some context-compaction issues and changed how the agents split the work, so one agent doesn’t carry the whole job.

Same 6-layer USB-C dock. Final routing is next.
