Personal things I’ve used Muse for while rocking my baby.

1) Dispute a medical bill. It’s cool to watch it go back and forth with the billing office and providing back up. Result? It’s been escalated and pending review

2) my CPA emailed me asking for some last minute stuff. I had it check my email and send her the attachments and draft an email to a charity that forgot to send me a receipt. Result? Done.

3) Muse messaged me and reminded me the school requested I order a special shirt for my daughter for an event next week. It sent me the link and I ordered. Result? Done

4) I bought new sheets and one of the pillow cases came ripped. I took a picture and asked Muse to ask for a replacement. The company emailed back asking for shipping confirmation, order # etc and Muse took care of it. Result? Replacement has been shipped

5) Muse monitored my personal email and let me know I owed another parent some money via Venmo for a class event, a reminder with link for a parent teacher conference, a deadline reminder to enroll the kids in sports with link, and a heads up that a bill had been forgotten.

This is without setting up anything other than access to my email. I’m nervous to give it access to Venmo or bank stuff but sure can see how that would be helpful but I’m too nervous to do that.

I think next I’m going to upload all my personal insurance stuff next and have it price things out for me.

It can already see my grocery order receipt each week so I will probably have it help me meal plan and text the kids reminders when they are supposed to take care of dinner.

I use Claude a lot at work but love having a little app that’s just working on personal stuff and is seperate from work.
