Self-hosted GitHub Actions on a private Linux box

Jarrod Watts, lead AI engineer at Monad, asked Opus 5.5 to run GitHub Actions on their own Linux machine instead of GitHub's runners. The setup took about ten minutes, saves a few hundred dollars a month, and runs several times faster.

I asked Opus 5.5 to use my Linux box (instead of GitHub's) to run GitHub Actions on my private repos.

It took ~10 minutes, and now I save a few hundred bucks a month + they run several times faster!

(thanks to @aarondfrancis for the idea)
