Robot cell physics sim finds grip failure at 1,680 cartons/hour

Konstantin Saifoulline, founder of AirsupHQ, had Claude Opus 5.5 build a browser-based physics simulation of a robot cell so it could be tested without the real line. The sim shows 780 cartons/hour running clean, while at 1,680 the grip slips and a carton hits the floor.

Robot cells usually get tested on the real line. So Claude Opus 5.5 built one you can break first, with real physics, in a browser tab.

780 cartons an hour: every check green. 1,680: the grip slips in 4 seconds and a carton hits the floor, live.
