Midjourney characters animated, then upscaled with a self-built tool

Kōda, a creative technologist, animated a Midjourney v8.2 blend in Seedance 2.5, graded the colour with Opus 5.5 and ran it through a local upscaler written with Opus 5.5 for their own hardware. The 4K pass with the anime-hq model took about three hours.

Generated with Seedance 2.5, color grading made with Opus 5.5
Also upscaled this video using a local upscaler I built with Opus 5.5. It was tailored to my computer's hardware and upscaling to 4K took about 3 hours using anime-hq model.
