Can't stop playing with this. I wish I'd had this back in university.
I always wondered how Spot keeps its balance, so I asked Claude to make me one I could open up.
What Claude did:
> It put the whole Spot together from one prompt, part by part, with the free anatomy skill.
> It set up the trot: diagonal pairs swing together, so 2 paws always carry the weight.
> Every step is planned before a joint moves, so nothing slips when it climbs a ledge or recovers from a fall.
> The soundtrack is written in code too, a soft rubber thud each time a foot lands.

Interactive Spot robot anatomy from one prompt
Fokki asked Claude to build an explorable Spot robot that shows how it keeps its balance. The robot was assembled part by part, with a trot that keeps at least two paws on the ground, and a code-generated soundtrack of footfalls. A playground link lets you walk it yourself.
