An 87-second Monaco Grand Prix final lap rendered from code in Blender

Derrick Choi, who leads Codex for APAC at OpenAI, had Codex on GPT-6 Astra write the scripts that built and animated all 22 cars across 2,610 frames at 4K 30fps, and a Python-generated stereo soundtrack of engine revs, gear changes, passing cars and tunnel reverb.

Made a Monaco Grand Prix final lap film with Astra. ๐ŸŽ๏ธ

87 seconds. All 22 F-1 cars. 2,610 frames to render at 4K 30fps.

Codex wrote the scripts to build and animate the Blender scene and also wrote the original stereo soundtrack in Python for engine RPM, gear changes, passing cars and tunnel reverb.

Used High reasoning for this!
