I gave Grok Bot access to my X account. It got me 2.8M impressions in 14 days
I'm sharing my personal setup. It's the only thing I use to run my account with almost 20k followers.
It's a team of agents. Each one has one job:
1. Morning Brief
It scans the news, new articles, docs and posts from other people in my niche. Every morning a brief shows up by itself, so I don't miss anything.
2. X Analyst
It goes through every post I publish: reach, stats, what worked and what didn't. When a post flops, it tells me why and what to change. It also tracks changes in X's algorithm.
A few things it found in my posts:
- Posts with the source link in a self-reply get about 2x the views (15.3k vs 7.9k).
- On days I post once, each post gets about 2x more views than on days I post 3–4 times.
- My most viral period paid me the least per view.
- Quoting my own article gets 8–120k+ views. Quoting my own post gets ~5-12к.
- Early replies barely predict reach. One post had 13 replies in 6 hours and still hit 46k.
- Timeline matters. The best time to post is 11 am–3:30 pm ET, the worst is 6:30 pm–4:00 am
3. Post Writer
I give it a topic or just tell it what I want to say. It suggests a few hooks that work, builds the structure, fixes my mistakes and fact-checks every claim. The idea and the voice are still mine. It makes the post sharper.
4. Bookmarks
Once a day it sends me a report on my new bookmarks. It breaks down every post and news story and saves it all to my second brain. Every so often the analyst reads it and finds out why those posts took off and what's useful for my work.
5. Inbox Manager
Every morning it reads my DMs and message requests. For every brand that pitches me, it researches the company and tells me if it's real or a scam. Then it drafts a reply at my rates. It never sends anything without my OK.
6. Finance
It tracks every payment, matches each one to the post it paid for, and keeps a live income dashboard.
7. Chief
On top of them sits Chief. It reads every other bot. I send it anything, and it decides which bot needs it and asks for what's needed.
It's not magic. You still have to come up with ideas, write and make the calls. It just takes the boring part off your plate.
Work
Agent team runs an X account to 2.8M impressions in 14 days
Yarchi, a data engineer, built a seven-agent Grok Bot setup for their X account: morning briefs, analytics, posting, bookmarks, inbox, finance, and a chief coordinator. It reached 2.8M impressions in 14 days and now handles the boring parts.
