A V8 engine you can stop mid-explosion, built from slider-crank math

Elvar built an interactive V8 simulation with Claude Opus 5.5. Every piston runs on slider-crank math, the cross-plane crank fires 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2, and the rev counter, valve chart and pressure curve all read the same number. At 700 rpm it plays at 1/20 speed, slow enough to watch a single intake.

Claude Opus 5.5 just built me a V8 I can stop mid-explosion.

The result is getting out of hand.

> Every piston runs on the exact slider-crank math, so the rev counter, the valve chart and the pressure curve all read the same number.
> The crank is cross-plane, journals 90° apart, firing 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2.
> At 700 rpm it plays at 1/20 speed: 210° of crank a second, slow enough to watch a single intake.
> 101.6 mm bore, 89 mm stroke, 8 cylinders: 5.8 L.

Same rule as every machine in the article: the model first, the drawing after.

Every prompt for builds like this is in the article below 👇
