Grok Bot Always Remembers With Librarian Bot!

Some Of My Grok Bots Were Forgetting What I Told Them. I Do Tell Them A Lot. So I Built a Librarian to Interview Them.

I run 100s of AI bots. They write, research, call restaurants, audit bills, scan my email for scams and much more. Over weeks of work I gave them hundreds of instructions: always do this, never do that, from now on use this format. The problem is that @Grok @Bot can hear an instruction and still not carry it forward. Weeks later, it forgets.

Not anymore.

It is not really Grok Bot’s fault, we have to express in detail what our priorities are.

So I built Librarian Bot. It builds a library of from now on, and never do that, situations. Every week it runs a Bot Interview and Discovery. It reads every conversation I have had with every Grok Bot, finds each standing instruction I gave, and checks whether that bot actually keeps it in mind on every turn. When something has slipped, it shows me exactly what I said and when, and it adds the fix only after I approve it.

The first interview covered all 100s bots and found 100s of standing instructions. 381 were kept properly, 72 were only partly kept, and 90 had been forgotten entirely.

My single most repeated request, had been asked for in 47 different bots and saved as a rule in none of them.

It goes further than auditing. Librarian maps the themes I keep returning to across every bot and points out where they could work together better: which rules one bot follows that the others should share, where alerts are missing when a run fails, and where bots overlap and waste effort. All of it comes in a heat map of every instruction, plus a full color report in HTML and PDF.

This is what managing a team of AI agents looks like. They need a memory of what you asked, and someone checking that they kept it. Now my bots have a librarian.
