A $420 MCP server lets a client's Claude upload and describe products

Tomilola, lead engineer at ServiceBlocks, built a marketplace for a client who hated uploading products and writing SEO copy. Extending the FastAPI backend with an MCP server means the client's Claude now uploads, reviews and updates the whole database.

The easiest $420 I ever made: I built an E-commerce marketplace for a client in February. A few weeks ago, he said he hated uploading products and writing SEO descriptions

Because I used Python/FastAPI for the e-commerce backend, I easily extended an MCP on the backend for his Claude and GPT AI assistants. Now his Claude uploads, reviews, and updates his entire application database thanks to me.
